Marko leads the strategic direction and performance architecture of Collective, drawing on over two decades of experience working with high-performing individuals across demanding professional environments. His focus lies in building sustainable structure under high load - translating discipline into routines that hold under pressure, travel and responsibility.
Execution is supported by a small group of Senior Advisors, operating within the Collective system and aligned to the same standards of discretion, consistency and long-term performance.
We work with a very limited number of private clients and select global brands, operating discreetly, selectively and with a long-term view.
